An early Christmas present for Dwayne Johnson as her baby daughter arrives. Are there finally wedding bells for The Rock?
The Rock's daughter has arrived and is indeed a blessing for the "Furious 7" actor. Dwayne Johnson shared the good news with his fans worldwide by posting a photo on Instagram of his daughter, named Jasmine and with it, a very touching note.
"Within minutes of being born she was laying on daddy's chest. And being a grateful man takes on a whole new meaning," revealed Dwayne Johnson.
"Kinda crazy but in this cool and powerful skin to skin bonding moment with my newborn baby Jasmine, I had just one wish I asked the universe... Give me the strength to be a better man today than I was yesterday," added The Rock. "If I can accomplish that, then I'd have a good shot at being a great father."
"Again, THANK YOU guys so much for all the love during this blessed time. I always say I'm a lucky dude because I've got the greatest fans in the world - and it's true. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your families from ours," added Dwayne Johnson after the birth of his daughter.
Jasmine is the first daughter of Dwayne Johnson and girlfriend Lauren Hashian, and now with this bundle of joy in their lives, fans are now asking if this means wedding bells for the action superstar.
Dwayne Johnson has been dating singer-songwriter Lauren Hashian for a while now. They met in 2006 while Dwayne Johnson was still married to Danny Garcia, mother of his daughter Simone. According to a report by HollywoodLife, "The Rock first met Lauren in 2006 when he was filming his movie, The Game Plan, in the Boston area."
"At the time, Dwayne was married to his first wife, Danny. They divorced in 2007. Shortly afterward the split, Dwayne and Lauren reportedly started dating, leading some fans to wonder if he broke up his marriage for her," it added.
There has been no announcement of wedding plans for Dwayne Johnson and Lauren Hashian to date, but the arrival of their daughter Jasmine more or less adds more possibility to the idea.
