It's been over six months since Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced their divorce - and both are still trying their best to remain good friends for the sake of their three children.
The estranged husband and wife are living in the same mansion in Brentwood, but she's reportedly having a hard time sharing the same space with him.
"It hasn't been easy, especially for Jen. She is fed up and frustrated with some of Ben's choices, but she chooses to look the other way and do what's best for her kids," an insider told E! News. "She feels like Ben is no longer her responsibility, and she isn't going to stress over what he's doing."
Just a few days ago, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were spotted looking gloomy as they attend the funeral of a good friend. However, the actress' mood changed when she met up with her mystery date.
According to Mail Online, she spent around 30 minutes with her date inside the car parked in Los Angeles.
"During their cozy conversation, Jennifer was frequently laughing and looked very comfortable with the brown-haired gentleman," the website reported. "Following their lengthy goodbye, the mother-of-three walked away from his vehicle with a big smile on her face as she went to pick up her own car."
Entertainment Tonight revealed the identity of Jen's mystery date. He is reportedly her accountant and they are just good friends. The former "Alias" star was also romantically linked to Patrick Dempsey. The two co-starred in "Valentine's Day" and they allegedly wanted to give their relationship another try.
"They've been friends for years... it was only natural for them to confide in each other," an insider told OK! Magazine. "As soon as they started talking, the spark was evident to both of them. Jen was relieved - and excited."
According to the magazine, the 49-year-old actor has been treating the brunette beauty like a queen. Even if they are miles away from each other - Patrick in London filming "Bridget Jones' Baby," they always get in touch with each other.
"They Skype all the time, and are constantly texting back and forth, even with the time difference," their source said. "Jen is so happy... It's been so long since she's felt this way with anyone."
While Jennifer Garner enjoys her new romance, Ben Affleck is reportedly dating Sienna Miller. According to OK! Magazine, the Hollywood heartthrob has been cozying up with the 33-year-old actress on the set of "Live by Night."
"Ben's had Sienna in his sights for a while. They're really flirty on set," an insider revealed. "Right now Ben just wants to keep things casual so he can concentrate on his children. He's not looking for anything serious."
