A standout among the the most watched movies of all time, which apparently revolve around illegal street racing and heists, is finally coming back to the big screen with its latest instalment dubbed "Fast and Furious 8."
However, it is pretty obvious to those fans who are keeping track of the "Fast and Furious" franchise that the following instalment is apparently going to be altogether different, after the demise of Paul Walker, who plays an essential part in the film.
Regardless of that fact, vast majority of the fans were optimistic for the future of "Fast and Furious" franchise and asserted that Vin Diesel alongside the rest of the team will surely handle the upcoming "Fast and Furious 8" film the most ideal imaginable way.
According to IMDb, Hollywood stars Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibsen and ofcourse, Vin Diesel are already assured of taking on their respective characters for "Fast and Furious 8." Also of note, there are allegedly two spots left as far as the movie casting is concern.
That being so, actress Jordana Brewster reportedly is open to the idea of reprising her character and additionally, taking part in "Fast and Furious 8."
Be that as it may, a report by Master Herald has noted that the Jordana Brewster was apparently not exceptionally sure about whether or not the producers actually see things the same way, as the possibility of her character returning is 50/50 at best.
"There hasn't been discussion but I can kind of see it go either way," said Jordana Brewster, according to Slash Film. "Mia is with Brian but on the other hand she's still Dom's sister. I don't know. I'm not sure."
Aside from Jordana Brewster alleged reprising her character, there are also talks making clamor in the online word that the late actor Paul Walker, through a combination of Computer-Generated Image (CGI) and conceivable stand-in of his brother Cody, will return to "Fast and Furious 8" through some form of flashback scenes.
As per reports, if that would be the situation, then it is also almost automatic that Jordana Brewster, who plays the role of Mia Toretto O'Conner, Brian's wife, might likewise be returning.
However, a top executive of NBC Universal Pictures recently debunk the said rumors and asserted that the late actor Paul Walker's character, Brian O'Conner, will not be seen in the upcoming eighth instalment.
While the final line-up of characters has not been set, one thing is evidently certain and that is the initial release date of "Fast and Furious 8," which is set on April 14, 2017, directed by F. Gary Gary and written by Gary Scott Thompson.
