As she approaches the age of 90, Queen Elizabeth is reportedly experiencing some serious health issues.  According to the latest reports, England's 88-year-old monarch was recently found wandering around the palace gardens in one occasion.  The report also suggested that the Queen Mother could not remember the recent royal wedding between Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.

According to the October 20 issue of Globe magazine, "Dying Queen Elizabeth is battling a shocking new health crisis the Palace is trying desperately to hide, insiders reveal in a world exclusive. The 88-year-old monarch is tragically showing early stages of mind-robbing Alzheimer's disease as she wanders the Palace garden lost and confused, can't remember Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding, and thinks Charles is her husband, Philip."

The palace staff is now on high alert as they continue to keep a watchful eye over Her Royal Highness, and employing all measures necessary to keep her alleged mental problem under wraps. According to experts, dementia is a prevalent mental condition in the United Kingdom and, if what is said about the Queen not remembering her son is true, it is highly possible that this is more than just A memory lapse. This degenerative mental condition does not only affect memory, but also damages the patient language skills, with the symptoms worsening overtime.

At present time, Prince Charles has been gradually been performing some of her royal duties and has taken on the responsibility as head of state as he prepares to ascend to the throne. Similarly, princes William and Harry will also be assuming specific roles within the royal family. This succession to royal duties is all in preparation for the future King of England as the monarchy transition can use. Based on other reports, the queen will no longer be taking long trips for her diplomatic missions, but will still engage in her Royal engagements as long as they do not require too much traveling.
