‘Sword Art Online’ Games PS4 Trailer Released; Game Director’s Edition Coming In November

A new trailer for "Sword Art Online" games has been released.

Anime News Network reported that the official website for Bandai Namco games has posted a new ad for the "Game Director's Edition" on PS4. "Sword Art Online: Lost Song" and "Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment" will make their PlayStation debut together in this special pack in Japan.

Previously, a video for "Sword Art Online: Lost Song" highlighted a new setting for the game named "Svart Alfheim." It also featured the game's 3D flight-based combat, story scenes and multiplayer gameplay for both co-op and PvP.

"Yoru no Niji o Koete" ("Over the Night Rainbow") by Luna Haruna and "Cynthia no Hikari" ("Cynthia's Light") by Eir Aoi were revealed in the clip.

Another trailer for "Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment" gave fans a glimpse of the game's story. It also showed the story events, characters, dialogues and gameplay.

Bonus items for the "Game Director's Edition" have been revealed in the videos as well. A product code for downloadable costumes for both games is also available.

"Sword Art Online" games' "Game Director's Edition" is slated for release on Nov. 19 in Japan. It will also be shipped separately for PS4 on the same day.

It was previously reported that "Sword Art Online: Lost Song" will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita along with a PS4 version of "Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment."

"Lost Song" was released in Japan for PS3 and PS Vita on Mar. 26. It will be available in Europe on Nov. 13 and Nov. 17 in North America on the PS4 and PS Vita.

It added new playable characters, episodes, quests and PvP event. Seven and Lux are the latest characters to join the roster while new episodes with Seven and Rain will be featured.

"Hollow Fragment" was released for PS4 in North America on Jul. 28 and Aug. 4 for Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
