Despite George Clooney and Brad Pitt being best buddies, the former's wife, Amal Alamuddin has been reportedly been in a feud with Brad's other half.
The long-standing hostility between the two humanitarians are about to come to an end as the barrister is allegedly planning to make ammends with Angelina Jolie.
"Amal's never had time for silly showbiz insecurities and there's absolutely no valid reason for Angelina to have so much animosity towards her," a source told OK! Magazine.
"She wrote her a very sweet letter. Assuring her that she has no beef with her."
"They have so much in common," the insider continued. "It's madness that they're not BFFs and Amal's determined to fix that."
It was previously reported that Angelina Jolie and Amal Alamuddin are still not close to even being friends. Rumor has it that Angie is "annoyed" by George's barrister wife.
"Amal got Angelina's information and reached out to her twice, but she never received a response," a source told OK! Magazine, as reported by Classicalite. "Amal was actually quite shocked by Angie's rudeness and lack of consideration."
"It's not a very well-kept secret that Angie finds Amal annoying. She respects the works Amal does, but it's all she ever talks about -- it gets boring."
Celeb Dirty Laundry dished on the alleged Angelina Jolie and Amal Alamuddin "issue," putting Mrs. Pitt under bad light.
"Amal may be shocked that Angelina Jolie snubbed her, but we aren't. If there is one thing we have learned about Brad Pitt's wife over the years, it is that she is incapable of being friends with another woman and has some serious insecurity issues of her own," the article read.
