Tom Hanks and Ron Howard are busy making the third movie based on Dan Brown's "Inferno."

Succeeding the pseudo-success of 2006's "The Da Vinci Code" and 2009's "Angels and Demons," Tom Hanks will once again team up with Howard for "Inferno" -- the latest Dan Brown movie.

This time, Tom Hanks' character, Professor Robert Langdon, will be in Florence, Italy in an attempt to stop an intention to destroy the earth with a deadly virus.

Bustle was having second thoughts regarding this third Dan Brown movie. Reportedly, it was quite amusing how the franchise gained a third installment, given that "The Da Vinci Code" was so-so and "Angels and Demons" only profited $133 million off of its $150 million budget.

However, reviews regarding the new film are quite hopeful, saying that "Inferno" had a long time to ensure an improvement.

Apparently, Dan Brown's "Inferno" movie was supposed to be released in Dec. 18, 2015, but it was the day "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" came out, so Sony pushed for an Oct. 14, 2016 release date for "Inferno."

Reports also stated that Felicity Jones as Dr. Sienna Brooks might lift the reputation of the franchise. Accordingly, Felicity Jones already has an Oscar nod for her performance in "The Theory Of Everything" alongside Eddie Redmayne.

Meanwhile, NDTV Movies reported that Tom Hanks said his "Inferno" co-star Irrfan Khan has an endearing personality and that he is beguiled by him.

"I'm just beguiled by his magic eyes. He has a physicality to him that is so specific and endearing," Hanks said about his co-star at a recent press event at Cancun, Mexico.

The "Forrest Gump" actor has yet to shoot scenes with Khan but he has nothing but praises towards his co-star.

"We're a bit frustrated because I have a number of very huge scenes to work with Irrfan, but we haven't gotten to them yet and as it is now, we've done, I don't know, six or seven scenes with him and he's only had one line to say. So, I wonder if he can actually string together more than a few phrases. I'm confident that he can, but will remain to be seen," Tom Hanks explained.
