There's an apparent creature living inside Tatiana Maslany's character on "Orphan Black."

Recent season 4 spoilers revealed it might be another mysterious problem threatening the clones.

As reported by Zap2It, the new clip that was presented at the 2016 TCA winter press tour showed character Sarah Manning having her mouth checked by Mrs. S after she felt something moving inside it. Upon checking, the latter saw some kind of worm on her cheek.

Both characters were clueless about what the creature was. But rewinding back to season 3, it can be remembered that a worm also was part of the plot.

In a recap on Mashable last June, it was mentioned that Dr. Nealon tried to put a worm on the character, Delphine Cormier.

Showrunner John Fawcett has given audiences certain spoilers about the worm back in June as well but said the whole concept about it will only be unveiled come "Orphan Black's" season 4.

"[For] me, it's another thing that I wanted to introduce," Fawcett pointed out. "And it's kind of a mystery. It's like this creepy, gross, weird, horrible, scary thing that happened to Delphine and to the audience and there is no answer. I like that. I like that the audience is going, 'What the f--k was that?' ... We're setting things up for Season 4."

Just before the New Year, a teaser trailer for the clone TV series also dropped online. The clip as told by Screen Crush showed a new clone on the run. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, co-creator Graeme Manson shared some details about the new character called "MK."

"She comes out of the shadows and for the first time we're meeting someone who knows more than us," he said about the spoilers of Tatiana Maslany's new character for "Orphan Black" season 4. "Sarah is meeting a clone who has got more answers than she does, and yet she's a slippery character."

The TV series will return to BBC America in April.
