The Chicago Bulls are a team in flux at the moment. While they are still a top 5 team in the East, they are also one of the prominent teams in trade rumors.

The speculation circling the Bulls does not refer to minor changes for a playoff run but actually spell of a possible full rebuild. Team pillars such as Joakim Noah and even Derrick Rose are not spared from the discussion.

The latest report from the Chicago Sun-Times has Noah, an original Bulls draftee from 2007 and already one of the faces of the franchise, has the Frenchman unhappy with his current role.

Quoting an unnamed source, the Sun-Times report said that Noah A "remains unhappy with his current standing in the organization, and still hasn't moved past losing his starting job late in training camp."  The source also added that Noah "hasn't been a distraction by any means, but isn't the biggest [coach Fred] Hoiberg fan these days.''

A report from SI late last year stated that the Bulls are considering trade options for their frontline veterans, namely Noah, Pau Gasol and Taj Gibson. It should be noted that the 30-year old Noah and the 35-year old Pau Gasol are free agents at the end of the season (if Gasol opts out). This may affect what other teams are willing to give up to acquire their services.

With the recent rumors emerging from the Bulls camp, a trade for Noah is a real possibility but the big question is how much talent can they bring back to Chicago in exchange for a free agent.
