Fans have been waiting for more details to be revealed regarding the plot for "Outlander" season 2.
It has been recently reported by International Business Times that Jamie will be showing Claire his unrevealed side. The site claimed that Jamie will become deceitful and Claire will be his victim.
"There is that reverse thing where every time she looks at Frank, she can't help but see Black Jack... There [are] many layers of why that relationship is difficult when she goes back. She's definitely not the same woman that left... Season 1 was a very reactionary season," Balfe said at the TCA Winter Press Tour.
"She was in survival mode. The difference with this season is there's been time to be in one place and contemplate. Things are sitting with her a lot more, and she has time to consider her place and how she feels," the actress added.
Meanwhile, Lawyer Herald has reported that the executive producer for "Outlander," Ronald Moore, said that he will be making a different show this season.
"It's Paris; it's aristocracy; it's the court of Louis XV; it's in the City of Light with a lot of lies," Moore teased, Lawyer Herald quoted in a post. "It's a completely different look and feel, visually and in tone, than the first season was. So we're really kind of prepping a new show and shooting a whole new television series in a lot of ways."
Moore also revealed that the upcoming season will not be focused in battles and actions only as it will also be covering new kinds of stories which viewers should watch for.
Meanwhile, reports are also claiming that Claire's pregnancy will become affected by her troubled husband.
"Claire needs to give her attention, her support to her husband, who had been in a very traumatic experience last season as there are reports that suggest Jamie to still be affected by the incidents that will happen in Season 2," Movie News Guide reported.
"Outlander" season 2 will be premiere on April 2016.
