Exciting news for "Dark Souls 3" fans as the game is releasing soon and to sweeten things up, a "Dark Souls" comic book series might be on its way.

According to Game Spot,  the publisher of Titan Comics is going to release "Dark Souls" comic book which will possibly launch in April 2016. Moreover, official website states that they are taking new story lines which differ from the actual game series.

Alan Quah and George Mann both are working on the editing of the book. Alan Quah is the man behind the artistic "Godzilla: Awakening" while Mann's "Doctor Who" novel has created the huge sales because of his brilliant story line.

Gizmodo has described the world of "Dark Souls" as, "The series is beloved for its obtuse storytelling and world-building mechanics, relying on the player to divine information about the world around them through the people and creatures they encounter, rather than a linear story."

Mann also expressed his excitement in a press conference by saying, "I'm 'dead' excited to be working on this new series. 'Dark Souls' has a rich, original universe that's just begging to be explored in comics, and I'm honored to have the opportunity to delve in and tell some new stories within it."

He further added that "I've been a fan of the games for some time, so it's a real thrill to be able to contribute to the mythology of the Hollows and their world."

Bandai Namco Entertainment said that "Dark Souls 3" is likely to become the game of the year in 2016 in its twitter page and also said that it is taking the gaming world by storm in pre-sales.

In North America, "Dark Souls 3" is going to release in April for the price of $59.99. But it's going to launch in Japan before April. Bandai Namco has released PC system requirements and promo materials as well.
