Kourtney Kardashian sparked rumors that she and Scott Disick are back together after posting a flashback Friday photo on Twitter.
Us Weekly reported that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star posted a throwback of her and ex-boyfriend Scott Disick on her official Twitter profile last Friday, Jan. 29. The image showed the past lovers at a restaurant.
"#FBF with the baby daddy before he was a baby daddy," Kourtney Kardashian tweeted.
Disick and Kardashian have three children together: Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1. They broke up last July, after nine years together, when the actor was spotted getting cozy with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli, on vacation.
New York Daily News noted that Kourtney Kardashian seems to be hinting at a reconciliation with her ex-boyfriend. The publication added that Disick checked himself into rehab after the split.
Kardashian cleared things up during her Jan. 22 guest appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." "We're not together. I feel like every day is different, but we're totally getting along," she revealed.
"Like we have three beautiful kids together [sic]. You know, he's family. He'll always be."
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick also sparked rumors that they were getting back together last November when the exes went on a date. They also spent Thanksgiving together with the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
Recently, the "KUWTK" star has also clarified her relationship with Justin Bieber. E! News reported that Kourtney Kardashian sported a big grin on her face as she proclaimed that she and the "Purpose" singer were just friends.
"You're smiling as if that maybe it's beyond friends," Ellen DeGeneres said.
"I've been smiling this whole time since I've been sitting here," the actress added.
It was reported that Justin Bieber and Kourtney Kardashian "are back on good terms." "They haven't been hooking up, but they have been speaking and texting," a source told HollywoodLife.com.
"He wasn't at all upset with her interview on the 'Ellen' show. And he absolutely loves Ellen, she could never do harm in his book."
