"Life Is Strange 2" release is still up in the air but players can satisfy their craving with the new avatars.

Square Enix and DontNod Entertainment have just released "Life Is Strange" themed avatars just for PlayStation 4. Interested gamers can choose from five characters in he PlayStation store.

According to Hardcore Gamer, Maxine Caulfield and Chloe Price have been made into avatars along with the support characters Kate Marsh, Victoria Chase and Warren Graham.

If these characters aren't good enough to be your new PSN profile picture there are other characters available and also bundles or packs to choose from.

The price for solo avatars are $1.15 and the packs cost $2.89.

There is the "Best Friends Avatar Pack," "Blackwell Academy Avatar Pack," "Chaos Theory Avatar Pack," "Chloe Price Avatar Pack," "Men Of Arcadia Avatar Pack," "Vortex Club Avatar Pack" and "Max Caulfield Avatar Pack," as noted on PlayStation Store.

Most of the solo avatars are of other knick-knacks and random things like an avatar of Max's camera, a deer, a lighthouse, the tornado, a squirrel, the Hot Dog Man, the blue butterfly and even Pompidou.

The Official "Life Is Strange" Twitter announced that those who live in North America may have to wait a bit longer since the PlayStation Store is taking much longer to update as compared to the stores in the United Kingdom.

There is no official update release date on "Life Is Strange 2" since the first game wrapped up last year. While the developers have expressed their eagerness to continue to a sequel, it looks like they have decided to take a break before getting into making a new game.

The first game, "Life Is Strange" follows Max Caulfield, a photography student, on her adventure to save her city from an impending doom. She has the uncanny ability to go back in time on a whim but her decisions have a butterfly effect on what happens in the future.
