Fans who are looking forward to get their hands on "Elder Scrolls 6" are anticipating its unveiling at E3 2016. However, new reports are claiming that the chances of getting a first glimpse of the new title will be slim to none.
"With the E3 2016 barely four months away, it seems very unlikely for Bethesda Studios to make any game reveal of 'The Elder Scrolls 6' because reports have it that the game developer could start focusing on the development of the game towards the latter part of this year,'" Master Herald noted.
"It is likely that the developer shall be able to finish its work on the DLCs for 'Fallout 4' in the early second half of 2016 so it is possible that Bethesda's development team could start work on 'The Elder Scrolls 6' immediately thereafter."
Previous reports have claimed that "Elder Scrolls 6" is currently of lesser priority than "Fallout 4."
"Hines, speaking at Gamescom 2015, indicated that the studio would be turning all of their efforts toward completing Fallout 4 and recently took the time to expand on that; specifically, that The Elder Scrolls VI is still 'a very long time away,'" Inquisitr reported.
"Hines seemed reluctant to indicate that The Elder Scrolls VI would even be next in line for the developer. Although this is pure speculation, it's possible that this is indicative of an entirely new IP will be forthcoming from Bethesda in the near future. They could certainly use at least one if they're intent on hitting their stated goal of three-to-four major releases per year," the report added.
