Four bizarre rhombus-like lights were spotted last January flying across Moscow, Russia. UFO enthusiasts are now speculating if this could possibly be some sort of unearthly sighting.

The incident was recorded on video and was uploaded on Youtube just a few days ago by a UFO enthusiast Timur. The video immediately got thousands of views and mixed reviews from UFO fans and critics alike.

"There were four balls of light, Timur said, according to The Sun UK.

"A red one to the left, two white ones in the middle and a less bright one to the right. Sometimes the one on the right would disappear and come back. All together they made a geometric shape of a rhombus. I've been living in the district for two years, and have never seen anything like that before."

This UFO sighting claim was purportedly supported by Vadim Chernobrov, a Russian UFO expert. He noted that it can't possibly be Chinese lanterns as the objects seem to be moving in a rapid manner across the sky.

"The lights cannot be explained as either an atmospheric or a cosmic image," Chernobrov said, according to IB Times.

"The chance of it being some sort of mirage is also impossible due to the precise geometric form the objects have formed. Some have said they could look like Chinese lanterns but I would dismiss this possibility because of the movements and speed of the objects."

While there are those who believe in Timur's UFO sighting video claim, many also debunk the idea.

"What 'experts' claim this is authentic?" said username Grahto, who commented on the UFO video sighting on Youtube.

"I don't know what classifies someone as an 'expert', but I'm a professional visual effects artist and editor, and from here I could see how that footage could have been manipulated quite easily. The amount of compression on the video makes it appear it has definitely been put through a 3rd party program before it was uploaded."
