Apple® Develops Health Gadget

Tech giant, Apple®, has joined the health revolution and launched its new gadget, the Apple Watch, which they have described as a fitness and health tool that has the capabilities of a smart phone. At the unveiling event, the company also announced a new payment system that they are adapting to make the gadget more versatile by allowing to customers to use a purchasing interface. This system will also be made available on their bigger-screened iPhones.

Although Apple seems to be joining the revolution late, the Apple Watch still seems to be getting a lot of attention and even appears to be upstaging the bigger smart phones. This gadget is also not just a fitness and health tool that can keep track of hearth rate, it can multi-task as well. With the Apple Watch, users can take calls, receive messages, access maps, play music, control Apple TV, access voice commands using Siri, and also use the new payment system. The watch has a rectangular face that made use of a sapphire glass display and comes in a variety of styles to fit every lifestyle.

The Apple Watch was designed to be the company's flagship project into the multi billion-dollar health industry. For this purpose, it is equipped with different sensors that can keep track of the user's heart rate as well as an accelerometer and gyroscope that can monitor physical activities. It is even equipped with a fitness application that can track the movement of the user end has the option to be customized according to each individual fitness goals. In addition to that, Apple is tying up partnerships with medical record companies and other healthcare providers to give its users the full health experience. This way, the Apple Watch may soon be able to readily share relevant health and medical information with one option. Ideally, the watch has to be paired up with an iPhone so that the user can take full advantage of its capabilities.  This new health device will be available in the market next year.
