The "Fallout 4" update gives the game an upgrade on its graphics.
The latest upgrade for the post-apocalyptic game is already available on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. The patch dramatically improved the way objects fade in a distance and improves the line of sight for gamers.
According to VG24/7, the patch for the Xbox One was released much earlier which left the players on the PlayStation consoles a little disappointed. However, Bethesda announced on their Twitter account that the PlayStation version is already available. They even included a comparison video in the tweet to show the improvement in the graphics.
Apart from the improvement in the object fading upgrade, according to Gamerant, there was a glitched that was fixed in the "Fallout 4" update. The glitch had players warped to a completely different location when they aimed down their weapon's sights. Another glitch that was fixed was the problem of some characters getting dismembered while still being alive.
The "Fallout 4" 1.3 Patch had the standard gameplay, quest and workshop fixes but also had a number of new features added. There was the new ambient occlusion setting, HBAO+ (PC), new weapon debris effect (PC NVIDIA Cards), added status menu for settlers in settlements, added ability to rotate and object when players hold the left/right triggers and press down on the left thumbstick to switch the rotating axis and improved "ESDF" keys remapping support while in Workshop mode on PC.
Some of the fixes include improved performance when looking through a scope, companions don't get stuck with radiation poisoning, robotics expert is now usable in combat, fixed issue where a killing a caravan would leave a quest open, fixed issue with Minutemen quests repeating improperly, building wires no longer uses up copper, repairing items can now correctly consumer resources and so on.
The update is already out and the "Fallout 4" game is available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
