"Doctor Strange" is expected to hit theaters worldwide this November. Many movies would have revealed a lot of information through trailers, actors as well as the plot.

The upcoming movie for Marvel, on the other hand, has kept things relatively secret. Fans know most of the cast as they are unveiled from time to time but without any additional information.

Case in point: Entertainment Weekly has confirmed Mads Mikkelsen will be part of the movie where he will play the "main villain," according to executive producer Stephen Broussard. Nothing else was revealed as to the main villain's name.

But recent casting announcement should give fans a good glimpse of what would happen in the film.

According to Variety, Benedict Wong will be portraying Wong, the sidekick to Cumberbatch's superhero. Wong has several abilities that include performing healing duties, assisting in occult matters, is knowledgeable in martial arts and tends to Strange's affairs."

Wong's presence in the film should be great news for the overall story of Marvel Cinematic Universe as they will try to piece everything together. The Sorcerer Supreme is not alone in dealing with villains and he will surely be part of some Marvel movies in the future even though he's not the leading character.

Wong, on the other hand, would also provide a helpful hand since he is known to help other superheroes as well.

According to Comic Vine, Wong has helped a lot of superheroes in the past and more notably Spider-Man. Would Wong be featured in another Spider-Man reboot? That would be an amazing combination as Wong might have to bring in Doctor Strange for the action as well.

Aside from Wong's casting announcement, filming may have been transferred to London. Oxford Mail reports that Exeter College, particularly its chapel is currently being used as one of the film locations. Still, things are being kept secret so fans would just have to wait until the day "Doctor Strange" hits movie theaters.
