Nick Gordon has caused some controversy over the holidays when he photoshopped pics of Bobbi Kristina Brown on Christmas cards five months after her death.
But the baseball player just couldn't stay away from the controversy as his latest post was in connection to Whitney Houston's death anniversary.
Nick Gordon is currently staying with his mother in Orlando, Florida while facing the $10 million lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate conservator.
"The 20-year-old posted a tribute photo to his private account on Feb. 11, the day Whitney was discovered unconscious in her bathtub four years prior, featuring the legendary singer and late girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina," reported Radar Online.
A previous report claimed that Nick Gordon was dropped by his legal counsel, Bryan Green, on the wrongful death accusation in connection to Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.
"Attorney Bryant Green is no longer working with Nick Gordon on his civil case involving Bobbi Kristina Brown's family," said Entertainment Tonight.
"There was a conflict of interest involving Nick and Bryant Green. At this time, the case is at a still point until Nick Gordon finds new counsel as he is currently without counsel working on everything pro se."
Accordingly, Nick Gordon was reportedly uncooperative with his lawyer in the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate, which was why Green had no choice but to drop him.
There's no criminal charge filed against Nick Gordon just yet, and the Fulton County District Attorney's Office said that the investigation into Bobbi Kristina Brown's death is still open as of this time.
Bobbi Kristina Brown died at hospice care about six months after lapsing into a coma. Whitney Houston's daughter was found by Nick Gordon unconscious in a bathtub. The circumstances of her death eerily mirrored those of her mother, who was also found in the bathtub with bruises all over.
