Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker in "Star Wars," shares the inner thoughts of his character.
The actor explained to his fans that Luke Skywalker didn't particularly enjoy kissing his sister in the film.
The actor has already revealed a number of facts and tidbits after the release of "The Force Awakens." Apart from sharing about the alternative ending that was supposed to end the original trilogy and the sexuality of his character, he has recently shared something that fans around the world were dying to know.
The fan with the twitter handle @skywalkersons asked how Luke had felt when he discovered the truth.
"It's a big joke and everyone has a good laugh, but for Luke it was TRAUMATIC! Seriously, a life-altering experience," tweeted Hamill in response to the fan's question.
In "Star Wars," Mark Hamill played Luke Skywalker alongside Carrie Fisher, who played Princess Leia, and Harrison Ford, played Han Solo. The three characters were involved in a love triangle that was carried throughout the original trilogy.
According to Games Radar, the time when Luke and Leia had kissed was considered innocent and an interesting addition to the plot but it had taken a whole new meaning when they were revealed to be twins separated at birth.
While the kiss was meant to prove a point to Han Solo during "Empire Strikes Back," it was a bit unsettling and a shock to audiences when the big secret was revealed. Luke had definitely hid the trauma quite well, as he was also more focused on defeating Darth Vader, and Leia already had a gut-feeling that they had been siblings.
With Luke's hidden thoughts revealed by "Star Wars'" Mark Hamill, fans would be curious about what Princess Leia really thought about the whole situation.
"The Force Awakens," is the seventh installment in the "Star Wars" franchise, and just made its worldwide release last Dec. 18, 2016.
