The highly anticipated release date of "Transformers 5" have finally been revealed!

With the success of the robotic franchise, it has been confirmed that the fifth portion film will indeed be happening with an all new menacing villain that is set to wreak havoc in the planet.

Who could it be - a human or a robot? Well, it has been strongly speculated that the upcoming "Transformers 5" is set to rise a gigantic planet-sized villain dubbed Unicron.

In its previous report, MNR Daily disclosed that Unicron initially appeared in the 1986 animated "The Transformers" film, where it was seen that the menacing villain has an eager hunger to imperil and conquer planets that will, unfortunately, end mankind simultaneously.

"Unicron is much like Cybertron-a single mechanical organism whose goal is to wipe out planets for energy. It will be a big thing if he turns out to be the enemy," the report revealed.

Despite that rumors and speculations, the creators and movie runners of "Transformers 5" remained timid in releasing any update on the present notions. In a recent Collider interview, film director Michael Bay apparently talked more about not teasing "Transformers 5."

"Stylistically it helps the movie, to make it a little more guerrilla," he said. He also mentioned that he wanted less toy and merchandise exposure.

Michael Bay's silence has prompted more instabilities, not to mention that it is currently speculated that his most recent war thriller, "13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi," would allegedly be used as a pattern to build the evil image of Unicron.

On a different note, head writer Akiva Goldsman recently debunks previous rumors and asserted that the upcoming "Transformers 5" will keep having solid human components in the film.

"Do I think Transformers can live without humans? Sure," said Goldsman, Korea Portal reported. "Do I think humans can live without Transformers? Sure. In Transformers movies? Sure!"

"But, fundamentally, there seems to be something really great about the interaction between the two species. I think that, in the main, I would suggest that that would be something you wouldn't want to squander. Although that doesn't mean that you couldn't do all sorts of things for a little while."

Recently, an annual release dates for "Transformers 5, 6, and 7" film has officially been unveiled. According to Coming Soon, the "Transformers 5" is slated to crash into theaters with its June 23, 2017, release date.
