An unconventional form of exercise called "Vaginal Kung Fu" is creating a buzz recently because of its claim of empowering women and helping them with sexual intimacy issues.

Kim Anami, an intimacy coach, said that she had perfected the technique over years, according to The Source. This technique can purportedly improve a woman's sex life radically and is a great way of tightening woman's pelvic floor.

"It strengthens the pelvic floor, it eliminates urinary incontinence, but it also increases their ability to enjoy sex," Anami said, according to ATTN. "Women can ejaculate across the room with a strong PC muscle."

The technique makes use of an egg-shaped jade ball with a string attached to it. The string is then attached to various objects that Anami attempts to lift using her genitalia. She has already reached millions of followers through her Instagram where she posts photos of her lifting different objects like mangoes, a paper fan and even coconuts.

Anami explained how "Vaginal Kung Fu" can help women combat their sexual intimacy issues saying, "Having a strong pelvic floor and vaginal muscles help with everything from increasing libido, orgasmic potential and lubrication, eliminating incontinence, and preventing pelvic organ prolapse-especially after childbirth, Anami said, according to Mirror.

"The practice creates an overall lift in the body even a face lift. I have had clients stop using Botox because they took up vaginal weightlifting. Overall, a woman becomes more connected to her sexual energy in a way that is tangible. She feels more enlivened and confident. Even depression can be eradicated by becoming more connected with your sexuality."

Anami furthermore added, according to Mirror, "In the Genital Kung Fu program I teach, it's about toning the pelvic floor and women's privy part with a weight training routine, and in the process, reconnecting a woman to her body and sexual power."

While others remain skeptical about the genital weightlifting, some are open to trying this if it means it will help them overcome their sexual intimacy issues.
