More hearts are going to break as "The Bachelor" season 20 episode 7 drops on live stream tonight.
According to TV Guide, the upcoming post-Valentine episode will feature the girls heading on to Ben Higgins' hometown of Warsaw, Indiana. It was mentioned that three of the contestants got the chance to go on a one-on-one date with Higgins while the other three joined him on a group date.
In a sneak peek of the Monday night episode, the contestants spoke how they have fallen in love with Higgins and were nervous on how they all stand in his heart. Even the 27-year-old bachelor was at a crossroads as he apparently has fallen in love with two of the women.
"I know I'm in love with two women here," he said in the video. "This isn't easy. I'm conflicted and confused about that."
"I love both of them and too good to walk away from," he also shared to his parents."
The preview of "The Bachelor" season 20 episode 7 coming on live stream also showed Ben Higgins at the final rose ceremony possibly sending the right girl home and running after her.
Wetpaint, meanwhile, said that it might be Becca and Emily going home tonight.
While the Colorado-born bachelor had drama ahead of him on-screen, he had a meaningful pre-Valentine celebration. As reported by Us Weekly, he took time to visit some patients of the Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
"I wanted to stop by because there's a lot of kids here who aren't gonna be able to celebrate with their classrooms at school or necessarily some with their families," he told the source above. "Obviously, love is something that's very prevalent in my life right now, so I wanted to share a little bit of love with the kids here."
