Luke Hemmings and the rest of 5SOS said, that the band has no plans of splitting up anytime soon and that they will be playing together for a long time, according to Design & Trend in 2015.
The boys of Five Seconds of Summer visited the "Dana & Jayson In The Morning" show last year and spoke about the music industry and their career. Some of their fans were reportedly worried, that the band might follow One Direction's path in a few years, but Ashton Irwin said otherwise.
"It's the bands that realize that (there will be some bad days) that carry on and they push harder and they try to do better than the day before," told Irwin to the radio hosts.
"That's how things work. I think people give up sometimes and sell themselves short. There's more to this band than that, and we're smart dudes. We're not just going to break up because it gets hard, we're just going to push on through."
Meanwhile, One Direction's Liam Payne put the recent break-up rumors to rest, by confronting it head on and squashing it all; on the other hand, it seems that 5SOS' Calum Hood allegedly wants to leave his band, reported Day Herald.
This has now reportedly, re-ignited rumors that Luke Hemmings and the rest of 5SOS are about to split. Hood has been allegedly dropping hints on social media that he wants to leave the band, shared KpopStarz.
"Not going to rehearsals today," wrote Hood on his Instagram page. Rumor has it that fans started to think about different reasons, why he has been skipping band rehearsals when their "Sounds Live Feels Live" tour is just around the corner.
He also has been allegedly expressing his desire, to just live a normal life on his other social media accounts. Fans fear that this might just be the start of Luke Hemmings and 5SOS split. Recent rumors have reminded the band's followers of Zayn Malik, leaving One Direction.
