"Teen Mom 2" star Jeremy Calvert, who is ex-husband to Leah Messer, seemed to be moving on just fine after their separation. On Valentine's Day, Calvert received a touching gift from girlfriend Brooke Wehr.

Jeremy Calvert posted photos of him and Brooke Wehr on Instagram going on a road trip recently, looking so smitten with each other. He also posted a photo of the Valentine's day gift that Brooke Wehr gave him. The gift is a hand-made poster that incorporated different candy packagings to complete a sweet message, according to Yibada.

"To my 'Sweetheart,' all my life, I dated 'Nerds' and now you're 'of Fish ally' my 'Lifesaver,'" the Instagram message read. "You're 'Extra' special to me, and I wouldn't trade you for a huge 'Payday.' Even when I'm an 'Airhead' we still 'Laffy Taffy' and I love you to 'Reese's Pieces.' Happy 1st Valentine's Day Babe Hugs & 'Kisses.'"

Brooke Wehr and Jeremy Calvert's romance dated back on 2015 after Calvert and Leah Messer pursued their divorce. Wehr and Calvert even purportedly went on a group date with Corey Simms and wife Miranda, according to Yibada. Simms was also Leah Messer's ex-husband, prior to Calvert.

On a previous report, it was noted that Jeremy Calvert and Brooke Wehr went on a relationship hiatus for a few months and just got back together.

"They split for a little while but are back together right now and going strong," a source told The Ashley's Reality Roundup, according to Enstarz. "Brooke is really different from Leah and Jeremy is really happy with her. They have a lot of fun together."

Now that they're back in each other's lives, it seems that both Jeremy Calvert and Brooke Wehr are determined to keep their love stronger than before by taking things slow and avoiding to repeat past mistakes.

"They're in no rush to live together or anything like that," according to a source from The Ashley's Reality Roundup . "They both have daughters, so they want to make sure that they are going to last before they move in together and get the kids involved."
