A new sneak peek for "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" has "Honey Boo Boo" star Mama June deciding on whether or not to take back Sugar Bear following his cheating confession.
The next episode of the reality show will be the final ring ceremony where the participating couple will decide to renew their commitment to each other.
"You can cut the tension with a knife because my life could change in a minute," Sugar Bear tells the camera, per People.
In the next scene, he's telling Mama June, "I know I've hurt you and the girls, and I want to start over fresh. I love you, but you could love me a little bit back? Not much. Just a little bit."
The "Honey Boo Boo" matriarch then replied, "I think that you've made huge progress here but you've made bad choices. I believe you want to change, but I don't know if you can change."
In a conversation with "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" resident counselor Elizabeth Carroll, Mama June confesses that she's proud about Sugar Bear taking the next step to being a better man.
But Caroll pointed out that Sugar Bear has an addiction to sex.
"Sugar Bear has an addiction. Addiction doesn't ever go away, it just becomes manageable. Can you live with an addict?" she said. "Do you understand that it's more serious than just cheating and mistrust? It's a rocky ride."
Of course, the show doesn't really offer some spoilers because it was already reported that "Honey Boo Boo" stars Mama June and Sugar Bear didn't survive the therapy and marriage counseling sessions they received from "Marriage Boot Camp."
"They're definitely not together now," an alleged source told Radar Online. "There was no saving that relationship after everything they had been through."
"Honey Boo Boo" matriarch Mama June, meanwhile, is reportedly dating a local contractor in Georgia, just a few short drive from her Hampton home.
