Nina Dobrev and Austin Stowell have split up after seven months of dating.
E! News confirmed that the former "Vampire Diaries" actress and Austin Stowell have broken up. The publication noted that their split happened around late January to early February.
"It started to get hard with both of their schedules," a source told the website. "They remain on good terms."
Speculations on Nina Dobrev and Austin Stowell's split began when the "Final Girls" star watched the Super Bowl 50 without the actor.
Moreover, the pair also failed to send each other sweet Valentine's Day messages. Dobrev spent the weekend with her best girlfriends.
"Sunday Funday. Happy GALentines Day [sic]," she posted on Instagram.
Nina Dobrev and Austin Stowell have been out and about since rumors about them dating started last June. They were recently linked when they were spotted getting cozy at the Hallmark Shoebox relaunch in Hollywood last Jun. 10.
It was previously reported that Nina Dobrev and Austin Stowell was seen enjoying a getaway on a yacht in the south of France last August.
They made their official red carpet debut as a couple during the premiere of Stowell's film, "Bridge of Spies" in October.
Meanwhile, Nina Dobrev seems to have moved on from her break up with Austin Stowell since she was spotted hanging out with "Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford.
Mail Online reported that the duo was seen leaving the Villa Lounge together on Tuesday night. Afterwards, Nina Dobrev and Chace Crawford were spotted walking to West Hollywood nightclub Bootsy Bellows.
The website added that the two celebrities have been friends since around 2010. In 2014, Nina Dobrev and Chace Crawford were seen together at a Thanksgiving dinner with the actor's sister, Candice Crawford, and her husband, NFL player Tony Romo.
It was previously reported that Nina Dobrev has rekindled her romance with her BFF's brother, Derek Hough. They were said to have dated briefly in 2013.
