It was previously speculated that Emma and Neal will be reunited in "Once Upon a Time" season 5, but Jennifer Morrison teased spoilers as she said that Gold's son might not be in the Underworld after all.
Edward Kitsis previously opened the possibility of Emma and Neal reunion in the show in an interview with TVLine.
"I would think that it would be very disappointing for Emma to go down there and not have somebody talk about Neal," he said.
But new "Once Upon a Time" season 5 spoilers from Entertainment Weekly reveal that Emma and Neal might reunite in Underworld after all.
"As far as I understand, Hades only has people that have unresolved issues," she said. "Neal died pretty resolved. He died a hero, he died knowing why he was dying and making that choice, and that didn't involve taking on the Darkness."
She went on to add, "Hook [Colin O'Donoghue] took on all of the darkness of the Dark Ones in order to sacrifice himself, so that was clearly a choice that involved Darkness. As far as I understand, Neal's death wouldn't be considered wrapped up in Darkness in any way, so I guess that would mean he would go somewhere else. I don't totally know."
Meanwhile, other spoilers for "Once Upon a Time" season 5 reveal that the 100th episode will be "Regina-centric."
Regina, and the rest of the heroes of Storybrooke, will have to play by the "ground rules" that Mayor Cora will lay down for them, said TVLine.
There's also going to be "flashbacks of one of her birthdays, where a surprising someone sets out to gift-wrap for the Evil Queen the only thing she desires."
More spoilers for "Once Upon a Time" season 5 will be unveiled once they come along ahead of the premiere date on March 6 on ABC.
