A pretty interesting One Direction news transpired recently because of a recent appearance on "The Ellen Show" by Rebel Wilson of "Pitch Perfect."
The talented comedienne shared how she was accused by One Direction Fans of sexually assaulting Harry Styles.
During the conversation, Ellen showed a video of One Direction's previous visit to the show where Rebel Wilson suddenly showed up and approached Harry Styles head on with a nice big tight hug. The episode can be seen on "The Ellen Show" Youtube account.
"I'm a big One Direction fan and if you freeze frame right there, see just right there. Basically I got accused of sexually assaulting Harry Styles," Wilson jokingly narrated to Ellen, according to Evening Standard.
"These little girls, I think they're about 12, were very unhappy about that. Basically, we're just two professional entertainers having a good time. And he really enjoyed it and I told him that on Twitter and they just sent me more death threats."
This news about One Direction fans being really passionate about protecting Harry Styles seemed to amuse Rebel Wilson who quickly cleared it, in total Rebel fashion, that fans have nothing to worry about.
"There's been no further action, put it that way," said Wilson, according to Metro. "They're very busy. But... there was no Direction. There was nothing going on there."
Meanwhile, on other news, One Direction purportedly will not attend the yearly Brit awards on Feb. 24, according to Hollywood Life.
"They might be nominated, but they won't be attending the Brit Awards this year," an insider told Hollywood life, according to Australia Network News. "When they said they were going on hiatus, they really meant it and they will continue to remove themselves from public engagements for the foreseeable future."
On our previous report, it was noted that Louis Tomlinson's girlfriend might have had a slip and clued everyone on the upcoming solo careers for the band members. This, however, is purely rumors for now as no confirmation was released yet by their management.
