Undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. is apparently setting his sights to owning an NBA team. Does this mean chances of him un-retiring are finally out of the window?

In a report by Bleacher Report, the retired boxer said that he is done with betting for the meantime.

"You guys know I like to bet on sports, but I'm looking forward to stepping back from betting in sports right now."

He added that he is exploring his options for getting his hands on an NBA team.

"I'm looking forward to probably getting into ownership of an NBA team."

Asked which team he likes to buy, he said, "I don't really know right now."

Meanwhile, fans are probably wondering if he is totally done in the boxing scene. He told fighthype.com that he is intrigued with the possibility of fighting another undefeated fighter, Danny Garcia.

"It would be good for me to come back for number 50 and fight the undefeated Danny Garcia, you know, at the MGM Grand. You know, since Danny Garcia is undefeated and he's very explosive, he's a very good fighter," said Mayweather.

He added that such a fight would be such a big draw. "Because if I'm not mistaken, I fought Canelo, right, and then Danny Garcia fought Amir Khan, and we're both undefeated, so who do you want to see? Do you want to see them or do you want to see us?" he said.

"I'm just saying, I'm just putting it out there, those are the type of things that I can do. I want to say congratulations, Danny Garcia. Wear that belt with class and wear that belt with style. You deserve it," Mayweather added.
