The latest episode of "Tokyo Ghoul: Re" is already available online via Manga Fox. The latest chapter follows the events where Eto reveals she is a ghoul and have deep knowledge of the organization to the media.
The chapter also follows the events where Eto is already under the custody of CCG. Before any predictions and possible events in the upcoming chapter, here's a recap of the latest events.
Eto is already under custody and Futura tries to negotiate with her regarding the real identity of the One Eyed King. In exchange for the information Eto will stay in a comfortable "VIP" location in Cochlea. It was later revealed that Eto was recording the conversation so that Kaneki would hear her statements.
She then asks Kaneki to defeat the One Eyed King as her final wish. The chapter ends with CCG preparing an attack and defense for the massive counterattack with the Aogiri Tree.
The chapter confirms a very important piece of information: the One Eyed King is real and there's a big possibility that Kaneki would have to face him/her before the manga ends. There were speculations in the past that Ken could be the OEK but Eto's final wish reveals someone powerful enough that would muster a final showdown in the manga.
As to the identity of the OEK, there are a couple of theories. User patthetree on Reddit notes, "Does anyone else now suspect the head of the Washu family is the OEK? Arima might be a one eyed ghoul but the Washu have always been kings." The head of Washu clan is Tsuneyoshi Washu and he has been instrumental in CCG operations against Tsukiyama group.
Arima is also a good candidate for OEK as well and it can only be confirmed when the future chapters are released. Whoever the OEK is, the showdown with Kaneki will definitely be a big highlight in the upcoming chapters.
