The two phenomenal boy bands of the 90's, Westlife and Boyzone, are on their way to becoming supergroup, Boyzlife, as Westlife member Brian McFadden and Boyzone member Keith Duffy announced upcoming shows.

In its report, Mirror said that hotel giant Hilton will be funding the show of Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy, where the pair is expected to perform some of Westlife and Boyzone's greatest hits. In an interview, both McFadden and Duffy said that hey both hope their pairing could spark a full collaboration between the two huge boy bands of the 90's.

The Sun, who first broke out the news, said that the show was the brainchild of Keith Duffy and the plan was even discussed during the wedding of Ronan Keating. Duffy joined the "Coronation Street" cast after the split of Boyzone in 200. McFadded, on the other hand, came to appear in the TV reality competition "The Jump" after leaving Westlife in 2004.

"We all had a chat, the lads," McFadden told The Sun. "We said it would be amazing!"

"Not even just performing together, but can you imagine the craic? Nine of us Irish lads on a tour bus together, going round the world together," the 90's heartthrob added. "It would be absolute carnage. We all get on so well so you never know. We would have so much fun on tour."

McFadden added that he hopes more of their former band members could join the collaboration and the door is always open, but for now, it's about him and Keith Duffy. And if the full collaboration would, indeed, happen, McFadden said that they would love to make new music, instead of just touring old music.

Aside from concert tours, both McFadden and Duffy said that they are also open to future spin-offs, including a Boyzlife television series.

"It might end up on TV and we'll record a documentary of it," Keith said. "We might end up writing some songs together. There's no limit to this. We're going out there with our ears and eyes open."
