It isn't new for superhero films to feature action scenes. Since most of movie goers expect action-packed scenes from this kind of movies, producers in turn create extra effort to put up with these expectations.
According to Parent Herald, directors Anthony and Joe Russo revealed that the upcoming "Captain America: Civil War" will feature a 15-min epic battle between its major characters, including Captain America and Iron Man. According to the movie's filmmakers, the 15-min scene was specially made using IMAX/ARRI 2D digital camera, the report added.
Joe Russo further elaborated that experience when they used the IMAX camera during filming of the said scene: "This whole sequence is in IMAX, it's about a 15-minute sequence. It's the only one that we're doing on the camera. The camera literally just rolled off the press like a week before we started using it. It's an IMAX 65, so it's the ARRI's 65. It's a join camera between ARRI's and IMAX. We're going to shoot all of Infinity War on those cameras."
Aside from the special 15-min inifinity war, "Captain America: Civil War" is also expected to be the longest movie from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It will run for around two hours and 26 minutes which makes it 10 minutes longer than "Winter Soldier" and three minutes longer than "The Avengers," Parent Herald added.
The movie is expected to be in theaters as early as April 29 in the UK and on May 6 in the US. It will feature the acts of Chris Evans as Captain America, Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron Man, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Tom Holland as Spider Man, Anthony Mackie as The Falcon, Sebastian Stan as Bucky and many other stars.
