Many Apple fans are having trouble buying iPhone 7 Plus? It's happening all over the world now.
The iPhone 7 Plus is difficult to find because Apple didn't estimate the demand for the bigger iPhone correctly, company executives said lately.
There was larger demand than anticipated “particularly on the iPhone 7 Plus versus our estimate going into the product launch,” said Apple CEO Tim Cook.
Apple were still able to sell more total iPhones than projection in the latest quarter. It sold 45.51 million smartphones, compared to Wall Street analysts’ expectations of 44.8 million.
The bigger phones bring larger profits, and Apple’s forecast for thinner-than-expected margins concerned investors after it reported quarterly earnings on Tuesday.
Apple issued a conservative projection on margins for the holiday quarter, 38% to 38.5%, versus expectations of nearly 39%, said Mariann Montagne, senior investment analyst and portfolio manager at Gradient Investments.
