Bozena Lisowicz, 28-year old quality control technician from Leeds had trouble controlling her weight and her relationship. In lieu of saving her rocky relationship, she suffered from anxiety that made her binge eat. However, her heartbreak turned out to be favorable on her part because she now lost 98 pounds in just five months.

As she developed anxiety over her trying to save her failed relationship, she turned to food in order to cope with the unfortunate events of her life. In a previous news report, she said, "I thought food would kill my stress. I didn't spend a second of my time in looking at the labels to see how much sugar and fat it has."

She admitted that her focus was locked on how to save her relationship and the things they are going through. Despite all her efforts to save the relationship, it ended in a rather bitter end of the road. She was devastated.

Depression lurked and she found herself hopeless about life. She began starving herself and she did not mind if she would just waste away. However, she realized that starving will not help her lose weight. Instead, she opted to eat healthier foods.

Before her decision to lose weight, her regular daily diet consists of a large bowl of cereals and full cream milk for breakfast, two ham or cheese sandwiches, a muffin and cola for lunch and a full-meat pizza for dinner. Now, healthier options filled her kitchen. She would eat cottage cheese, whole grain crackers and yogurt for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch and for dinner, she would not eat anything after six o'clock in the evening.

From size 18, her size dropped to just 8 and has recovered from her heartbreak. She is now happy with how she looks. She is now an advocate for mental health and says she is more hungry for knowledge than for food.
