Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her third child with partner, Scott Disick. Interestingly, she gave birth to their baby boy on the same date that their eldest son, Mason Dash turned 5 years old.
Kourtney is the eldest sister of Kim and Khloe in her famous family. She and partner Disick has a daughter named Penelope Scotland who is 2 years old. Her drastic weight loss after giving birth intrigued many people. In 2013, Kourtney lost 44 pounds just six months after giving birth to her second child with an organic diet and daily workouts, Examiner reported.
Now, during her third pregnancy, she stayed healthy by following an organic diet and shifted her high-intensity workouts to yoga workouts. As everyone knows, yoga promotes relaxation and weight loss through reducing stress and building lean muscles. Aside from that, it suppresses the appetite.
According to Kourtney, she will spend the first two months with her baby and will continue in staying fit. Just like before, she is expected to lose all her pregnancy weight gain in the same pace as in her second child. After her childbirth on her second pregnancy, she trimmed down from 150 pounds to just 106 wherein she ran or did calisthenics on the days she does not work out and on some days, she would do Tracy Anderson's 90-minute dance-cardio workouts.
She added, "I don't count calories, I just try not to overeat and I keep portions down."
Meanwhile, her sister, Kim Kardashian, also lost her pregnancy weight by losing 56 pounds. She did a low-carb ketogenic-style Atkins diet that limited her carbohydrate intake to less than 60 grams. She is now 125 pounds.
The sisters are well-known for their obsession with staying fit and healthy. They are maintaining their figure through diet and regular exercise. Even though they are already mothers now, they are still conscious on their figure and appearance.
