Pizza Hut has just revealed its plan to offer none other than gluten-free pizzas. To make sure that it's gluten free, the dough will come from Udi's, a Boulder Brands company that produces baking products that are 100% without gluten.
This isn't the first time that a pizza brand has offered gluten free in its menu. Domino's, for example, is promoting their gluten-free crust launched a couple of years ago.
However, what makes Pizza Hut different is its guarantee that these pizzas are definitely going to be gluten free. They ensure that the Udi's dough will be separated from all the other types of flour, and pizza makers are expected to wear gloves to avoid any kind of contamination.
Your pizzas will measure 10 inches and will be available in two flavors: pepperoni and cheese only. Of course, we want something that has more meat and mushrooms, but who knows? At least we're off to a great start.
Meanwhile, if you want to enjoy the other flavors and still enjoy a somewhat-gluten free pizza, you also have some choices with regard to toppings.
This isn't the only good news. While pizzas are great with sodas, they are more flavorful when paired with beer. Well, MillerCoors has just decided to release beer that is also gluten free.

They are allergic to gluten, and eating something with it can result to reactions including diarrhea, bloating, vomiting, and gas.
