Family members wish to correct some news saying that Bobbi Kristina Brown has already been removed from life support, a Reuters report says on Thursday, February 5.

Bobbi Kristina, also known as Bobbi Kris or Krissy, is the only child of the late iconic singer Whitney Houston and her ex-husband, Bobby Brown. The 21-year-old TV personality and singer was found by her partner Nick Gordon and a friend face down and unresponsive in a bath tub. She currently lives in Roswell, Georgia, with Gordon, who lived in the Houston home when he was 12 years old.

They immediately tried to revive her while responders were on the way. She was then brought to a hospital in Roswell but was believed to have been transferred to Emory University Hospital.

It was unclear what caused the accident, though some reports suggest that she might have been drinking wine earlier in the day and that allegedly police has also found drugs during their second extensive search in their house.

Her accident has now been compared to that of her mother. Whitney was also found in the bathroom in a Beverly Hills hotel. A coroner's report mentioned that she died in accidental drowning complicated by drug abuse and a lingering heart disease. Her family is set to celebrate her third death anniversary a few days from now.

Jerod Brown, a cousin of Bobbi Kristina, shared on his Intragram that although she remained on life support, the doctors have become less optimistic on her chances of survival. She's been on the hospital for 5 days now. Nevertheless, he and the rest of the family are hoping for a miracle and are calling on fans to continue to "pray for BK."

Over the last few days since Bobbi Kristina was admitted to the hospital, family members including his father Bobby had arrived to be on her bedside. Tyler Perry, a close family friend for many years, is said to have lent his private jet to Bobby so he can fly to Georgia.
