The Sia Chandelier live performance at the recently concluded Grammy Awards 2015 has proven to be the most surprising yet, this according to fans.
The 39-year-old singer/songwriter is known for her recent decision of refusing to show her face in public despite having countless performances both live and in TV.
To address this, she opts for different props to hide and cover her face. She usualy uses a blonde, shoulder-length wig with bangs long enough to just expose her lips. That, or she performs facing away from the audience.
According to fans, all performers at last night's Grammys were good, but for them, Sia's performance was the most unexpected.
Although she again faced away from the audience, and again had a contemporary dancer kid interpret her song, one appearance disregarded the repeated performance tools and still made for what fans conclude to be the highlight of the night -- Kirsten Wiig. The audience were in shock when they saw the comedienne on stage and performing a dance number with Sia's dancer mainstay, Maddie Ziegler.
The 41-year-old funny girl was dancing at the Sia Chandelier live performance with a serious demeanor, pleasing the audience as she played her part surprisingly well.
Along with Maddie, Wiig wore the signature blonde shoulder length wig and handpainted over alls for their outfit. At the later part of their performance. Both Ziegler and Kirsten ripped off each other's over alls to continue dancing in nude leotards hidden inside the handpainted outfit.
Before she became a full-fledged singer, Sia has been a producer and writer for numerous hit songs we know today. Ever since she came out and chased her own limelight, she has been opting for unconventional appearances and performances.
