Meep actor from the recently concluded "AHS: Freak Show" dies at age 34. Ben Woolf suffered from head injuries after being hit by a car, died of stroke a few days after the accident.
On Feb. 19, actor Ben Woolf known for portraying Meep in the FX series "AHS: Freak Show" was rushed to the nearest hospital after being hit while crossing a Hollywood street.
In a report by People, "Ben Woolf is in critical condition after he was hit in the head by a passing SUV's side mirror as he crossed a Hollywood street Thursday night, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to People."
While the driver of the SUV wasn't charged as Meep actor Ben Woolf was said to be jaywalking, it was a few days after news broke that the "AHS: Freak Show" actor died in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
FX and "AHS: Freak Show" producers shared a statement following Ben Woolf's death: "He was a tremendous professional and an incredibly kind person, beloved by the 'American Horror Story' family."
Ben Woolf first appeared in "American Horror Story" series in season 1 as Infantata, and resurfaced in the recently concluded "AHS: Freak Show" as the meek but gentle character known as Meep.
His "AHS: Freak Show" cast members took to Twitter after finding out about Ben Woolf's death. Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Dennis O'Hare, and Ryan Murphy among the many "AHS: Freak Show" family members who shared their sorrow online.

Naomi Grossman who plays Pepper in "AHS: Freak Show" said, "I will love you forever, #BenWoolf. I only wish you were alive for me to tell you. You were the first one to wish me happy Valentine's Day."
Ben Woolf's publicist Zack Teperman shared the following statement: "We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben. He touched so many hearts in his 34 years. His memory will live on within each of us and within his work."
Prior to appearing as Meep in the FX show "AHS: Freak Show," Ben Woolf worked as a preschool teacher and was loved by many for his caring and hardworking character. He was diagnosed with pituitary dwarfism at a very young age, and grew up to reach 4 feet 4 inches in height.
Reports also reveal that Ben Woolf is single, with no children and is survived by his dog, Lisa. His mother is said to adopt Meep actor's dog.
