"Dragon Ball Super" episode 2 focused on Vegeta taking Trunks and Bulma on a family trip.
Attack of the Fanboy reported that nothing important happened on the first scene. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 2's opening scene showed King Kai on his planet. Goku comes along and decides to start his training.
The next scene showed Vegeta, Trunks and Bulma on vacation. They are depicted going to the mall in order to get Trunks some new clothes, while Vegeta is seen not caring at all. A montage of pictures on their holiday is shown with Vegeta still indifferent with their vacation.
The one time in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 2 where Vegeta seemed to really have fun is when they started eating. However, an octopus bursted his little bubble when it squirted ink on him. Trunks and Bulma had to restrain Vegeta from being too angry.
Vegeta flies back home to train and plans on how he can be stronger than Goku. The rest of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 2 focused on Beerus and Whis where the God of Destruction wants to find a new challenger to fight. They go to an alien planet where Beerus annihilates a creature with four arms and four eyes.
The end of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 2 showed Beerus talking about his visions of a "Super Saiyan God" existing somewhere in the universe. Last week's episode ended with Kibito Kai and Elder Kai talking about a new threat on Earth. It is unknown whether the "Super Saiyan God" is a threat or ally for humanity.
