After such a long wait, "Final Fantasy 15" news reveals development in the area of release date. Will 2016 be it?

Could this be real? Fans can finally get a hold of their very own copy of the much-awaited video game, "Final Fantasy 15" soon? According to the news from GamingBolt, it is safe to assume that the video game will be released in 2016, considering the fact that Hajime Tabata, the video game director of Square Enix, revealed that the game should be released before 2017.

Square Enix, the developer of the action role-playing game, still has to confirm on the matter. Aside from the release date, other news includes the leaked photos from "Final Fantasy 15." It was revealed by VG247 through the released screenshot that the infamous Malboro will be returning in the upcoming installment.

As seen in the photo, the Malboro or also known as Molbol is menacing more than ever. With their humongous bigger-than-character tentacles, it is surely a creature to watch out for. The Malboro's infamous halitosis, which gives the crippling effect on "Final Fantasy 15" characters, makes them one of the difficult creatures to defeat. Though the release date hasn't been confirmed yet, more "Final Fantasy 15" news is coming. GameRant revealed that the PAX prime 2015, which is also known as Penny Arcade Expo, is just a few days away! The presentation for "Final Fantasy 15," which will be led by Hajime Tabata, will be on August 29.

Surely more news and information about "Final Fantasy 15" will be revealed to the public. Obviously, fans are hoping that a more specific release date will be announced by Square Enix but at least some have been satiated by the news.

In the meantime, a 3-minute video was previously released by PlayStation on Youtube for "Final Fantasy 15" fans to enjoy. Watch it here!
