There were rumors coming out that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are on the verge of reuniting because they seem to get along and are often seen together despite their divorce.
However, new reports revealed that the two are just trying to have an amicable relationship for their three children.
"They are almost never together alone without the kids," an insider told Us Weekly. "They don't hang out. It's a cordial relationship."
The website also reported that the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor and the former star of "Alias" are now living their own lives. Garner is no longer stressed out about Affleck's old habits, which include dating other women.
"Jen just shrugs her shoulders and says, 'He can do whatever he wants!'" a source told Us Weekly. "She feels relieved that she no longer has to worry about what he is doing. All she asks is that he is a good father."
While Ben Affleck gets linked to different women including Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Garner may have found love again from her former co-star.
According to OK! Magazine via Mail Online, the 43-year-old actress is secretly dating Patrick Dempsey and they've been texting and Skyping each other all the time.
The two co-starred in the romantic flick "Valentine's Day" back in 2009, but their friendship didn't lead to a serious relationship. Now that the 49-year-old actor and the brunette beauty are both single, they allegedly wanted to give it another try. It all started when Jennifer Garner went out for coffee with Patrick Dempsey.
"They've been friends for years... it was only natural for them to confide in each other," an insider told OK! Magazine. "As soon as they started talking, the spark was evident to both of them. Jen was relieved - and excited."
The two reportedly decided to go on another date which lasted a whole weekend. According to the source, Patrick has been treating Jen like a queen unlike when she was still married to Ben. Even while he was shooting in London for his upcoming movie "Bridget Jones' Baby," they remained in touch with each other.
"They Skype all the time, and are constantly texting back and forth, even with the time difference," their source revealed. "Jen is so happy... It's been so long since she's felt this way with anyone."
Even if Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck live together, the chances of them romantically getting back together is not possible especially now that Patrick Dempsey has entered her life.
