Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes may face the courtroom again as the Hollywood superstar allegedly seeks revenge on his ex-wife for dating Jamie Foxx.
According to new reports, the 53-year-old actor wants custody of their daughter Suri Cruise and he is even willing to go to court just to get her.
"He is planning to make a big effort [to spend more time with Suri]," an insider told InTouch via Hollywood Life. "Tom has the money and the legal clout to re-enter his daughter's life in a big way. If he wants to play a larger role in Suri's life with more custody rights, there's no deterring him."
There were reports that Tom Cruise hasn't seen his 9-year-old daughter for more than two years, but now he is ready to play a big part in her life.
According to the magazine, the "Mission Impossible" star is threatened by Jamie Foxx's presence in Suri's life.
"He's been fine with Katie raising Suri as a single parent. There's no way he's going to sit still and let another man - especially Jamie - raise his daughter," their source revealed.
The 37-year-old actress is reportedly terrified of her ex-husband because she knows he can influence her into becoming part of Scientology just like the actor's other children Isabella and Connor.
"Katie knows Suri would be putty in Tom's hands. He has this way of being the ultimate superstar dad, a father with the ability to captivate and win over his daughter completely," their insider added.
Just when Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are about to take their relationship to the next level, Tom Cruise finds a way to ruin her life by taking Suri away from her and reintroducing her to Scientology. However, the brunette beauty seems to be ready to fight for her boyfriend and daughter.
"Katie knows her decision to marry Jamie could invite Tom and his team of advisers and lawyers back into her and Suri's life. But that isn't going to stop her," an insider said. "Katie just wants to live a normal life - and that life now includes Jamie."
