The Dark Horse Solicitations for April 2016 are officially out and an Avatar item, the Aang statue, is included in the list of solicitations.

"Avatar: The Last Airbender-Aang statuette" will be coming out on June 22, 2016 and will cost $79.99.

Its item description (via Comic Book Resources) reads: "As the Avatar of his time, Aang is the only one capable of using all four bending arts: earth, water, fire and air. Here he is captured in a majestic pose from Nickelodeon's animated series and the Dark Horse comics. Dark Horse is proud to bring forth this limited edition 8 1/4" tall polyresin statuette, sculpted by Joe Menna and sure to please Avatar fans."

Avatar The Last Airbender Online has this to say about the Aang statue: "Overall it is a nice statue of Aang, though not perfect."

"Something about the expression on Aang's face just seems a bit off to me. As I have said before I would much prefer Dark Horse to put their efforts into much more affordable physical representations of the Avatar characters. This I am sure will be exactly the item some fans are looking for, but big statues like this are not for everyone," the review about the latest Dark Horse Solicitation of the beloved Avatar character added.

The review further said that the Dark Horse Deluxe Avatar line is a big disappointment. It seems to focus on expensive statues, where previously it promised to produce multiple plushes and figurines, as well as playing cards.

Along the 'Avatar' Aang statue, other Dark Horse solicitations that are recently revealed include 5.5" Snoopy Flocked Vinyl Figures, Abe Sapien #32, Abe Sapien Volume 7: The Secret Fire TP, Alabaster: The Good, the Bad, and the Bird #5, Aliens: Defiance #1, Angel & Faith Season 10 #25, Astro Boy Omnibus Volume 4 TP, Buffy The Vampire Slayer Season 10 #26, Call of Duty: Black Ops III #6, Conan the Avenger #25, Dragon Age: Magekiller #5 and many more.

Meanwhile, for fans wondering if there will be a next "Avatar" after Korra, Nickelodeon has yet to announce if they will still continue the "Avatar" franchise.
