'Star Wars Episode 8' Spoilers: Cast Members Spill Details On Possible Filming Date

"Star Wars" fever is well and alive and by the looks of the latest "Episode 8" spoilers, the sequel might have already started filming. It appears that the cast and crew are excited to get a headstart on things. 

Slash Film reported that Daisy Ridley, who plays the female protagonist Rey, may have dropped hints that filming for the sequel is well underway.

The actress snapped a photo of a bouquet of flowers with the hashtag #VIII and posted it on her Instagram. The bouquet of flowers also came with a little note which begins "As we begin this tremendous..." and "...appreciation for your..."

Fans have speculated that filming for the sequel has already commenced and that Ridley had dropped a major "Star Wars Episode 8" spoiler. Fans also hope to know more about Rey's mysterious lineage in the second film. 

Not only that, John Boyega, who plays former Stormtrooper Finn, also dropped another major spoiler.

The actor shared a Snapchat saying that he had just finished "prepping" for some action scenes for the sequel. Boyega earlier revealed in the "Star Wars Episode 8" spoilers that the sequel was going to be more "intense." The actor also teased that there was going to be more fighting involved and that he had to start getting into shape for that. 

Digital Spy teased that director Rian Johnson also dropped a major hint that filming was already on its way. The "Looper" director posted a picture of Pinewood Studios on Tumblr with the caption: "Getting close..."

The picture has since then been deleted. 

There have been very minimal details on the upcoming film's plot. So far there are only fan speculations that have been surfacing all over the internet regarding some possible "Star Wars Episode 8" spoilers.   

"Star Wars Episode 8" premieres in theaters on Dec. 15, 2017.
