Nick Jonas has been keeping his fans guessing if he is dating Kate Hudson or not.
The two were last seen hanging out during the holiday season at a ski resort, which sparked the rumors again. The 23-year-old singer and the 36-year-old actress never confirmed nor denied that they were dating, but a recent interview with the "Jealous" hitmaker may have just confirmed the real status of their relationship.
Complex asked Nick Jonas if he is having sex with Kate Hudson, but he just laughed and tried to think of a safe answer. Maybe the "Almost Famous" star doesn't want anybody to know about their relationship.
"Kate's incredible," he said. "We had an unbelievable connection as two humans who just admire things about each other, and see something in each other that's beautiful. Out of my best effort to respect her and her privacy, I'm not going to say if we had sex or not. But we did have a beautiful connection. Even now I have so much admiration and respect. She's amazing."
When Nick Jonas said connection, he could be referring to sexual connection with Kate Hudson, which means that they are probably just hooking up for now and not steadily dating. The Jonas Brothers member also talked about another woman close to him and that is Demi Lovato.
"I love Demi to death," Nick confessed. "She has gone through her journey, which was complicated. I think she's one of the most talented, passionate people I know. I'm grateful to have her as a friend and also as a business partner."
Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato have known each other for years ever since their Disney days. The two will reunite this year for a world tour, which allegedly got Kate Hudson jealous.
Mail Online reported that the blonde beauty dumped the singing heartthrob because she thinks he may cheat on her when he's on the road with the pop princess.
Aside from the dating rumors, Nick also addressed the gay rumors and admitted that he gets frustrated when people accuse him of exploiting the gay community.
"As a heterosexual male, [I am] open and comfortable about loving my fan base, gay or straight, because to me there is no difference, it is my fan base," he told Complex.
"Your sexual preference does not matter to me and it shouldn't matter to anybody. I thought [the criticism] was kind of dumb, considering I play this gay character on a gritty show. There's a gay sex scene. I kissed a man."
Nick Jonas has really come a long way from being cute teenybopper to becoming a hunk that many women adore including Kate Hudson. Since both haven't confirmed that they are dating, then the two may still be open to seeing other people.
