"Dragon Ball Super" episode 30 showed how Goku and Vegeta recruited fighters for the inter-universe tournament.
Attack of the Fanboy reported that the first-half of this week's installment showed Goku telling Krillin what happened in "Dragon Ball Super" episodes 28 and 29. It had clips of what happened between the Super Saiyan and Beerus in the "Battle of Gods" saga.
Afterwards, "Dragon Ball Super" episode 30 revealed new details on some of the characters. One scene showed Chi Chi and Android 18 talking about how Goku and Vegeta were in space having a picnic.
The trailer for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 30 showed Goten and Trunks flying off with Goku, Vegeta and Gohan. This led to speculations that the two young fighters will also be joining the inter-universal tournament.
However, it was also revealed how the tournament has a total ban on fusions. Goten and Trunks are told by Goku and Vegeta that they cannot become Gotenks. Moreover, it means that they are not strong enough to be a part of the team.
The two Saiyans also approach Gohan and Piccolo to join Beerus' team but Gohan is not available for the tournament. Piccolo agreed to join the team and will start training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber that has been fixed by Dende.
In "Dragon Ball Super" episode 30, it was confirmed that Buu will also join Beerus' team for the inter-universe tournament. Universe 7's fighters are Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and Buu. Monaka, the strongest fighter that Beerus has ever fought, will be recruited by the God of Destruction and Whis.
According to Korea Portal, Champa's strongest ally will be "the Hit" in reference to the "Dragon Ball Super" episode 30 posters in Japan that features the fighter with Goku.
It was previously reported that Team Champa will consist of Hito, Kyabe, Frost, Botamo and Magnetta. Moreover, a character named Zuno will purportedly have his own assistant.
Frost seems modeled after Frieza while Kyabe looks like a Saiyan. Botamo is the yellow bear character and Magetta is the robot.
