Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris aren't married yet, but the 32-year-old DJ already wanted his girlfriend to move in with him.
Coming from a conservative family, the Swifts may probably not allow the "Bad Blood" hitmaker to do that but the Scottish producer has a good reason for asking the 26-year-old singer.
According to Hollywood Life, Calvin asked Taylor to move in with him to keep her safe from harm because of the recent invasion at her home. The EDM superstar also offered to improve the security detail of his girlfriend.
"Calvin was very concerned to learn that Taylor could've come to harm," an insider said. "He told her the simple solution would be to move in with him, so he can protect her and she won't be in any danger."
Just a few days ago, a suspicious-looking man was caught lurking on her property. Thankfully, someone in the neighborhood spotted the man and notified the police who arrested the man and took him away from the scene. Check out the photos of the man shared by TMZ.
Calvin Harris has a good intention when he asked Taylor Swift to move in with him because the singer had a history of being stalked in the past. Back in 2014, the "Shake It Off" hitmaker filed a restraining order against Timothy Sweet, who claims to be married to her.
According to TMZ, the stalker has been sending her emails, letters, and social media posts since January 2011. Some of them were really scary because he's threatening to kill anyone who will get in their way of marriage including Secretary of State John Kerry and her family.
Taylor Swift was able to obtain a three-year restraining order against her stalker as reported by Mail Online. Therefore, Timothy Sweet can get near her again next year so she may start considering the offer of Calvin Harris to move in with him soon.
