"London Has Fallen" is a sequel to the big hit action movie "Olympus Has Fallen." Since the announcement of delay due to some production problems, the production team has recently released a new poster featuring Gerard Butler which was described by Just Jared as being "lock and loaded and ready for action."

As described by Coming Soon Net, the story will focus on the attempt of a terrorist organization to assassinate world leaders as they gather for the funeral of the deceased British Prime Minister. The fate of the unfortunate event which wreaked havoc to the British Capital lies on the United States of America President played by Aron Eckhart.

With the help of his US Secret Service Head, Mike Banning (Gerard Butler), they will together find a way to stop the attack and redeem the lost peace of the English Capital streets.

According to We Got This Covered, the cast will also include Morgan Freeman as the US Vice President, Charlotte Riley as MI-6 Agent, Angela Bassett, Melissa Leo, Radha Mitchell, Robert Forster, Jackie Earle Haley, Sean O'Bryan, Alon Aboutboul and Waleed Zuaiter.

It can be recalled that the first movie, "Olympus Has Fallen" was able to reach $161 million box office sales and it is likely expected that this movie will also reach the same mark as its predecessor. It is also most likely that huge fans of the previous movie expect a lot of action-packed scenes as what "Olympus Has Fallen" has catered before.

The movie will be produced by Gramercy pictures and will be directed by Babak Najafi based on a story written by Creighton Rothenberger & Katrin Benedikt and Christian Gudegast and Chad St. John, Coming Soon Net reported.

The release date of the movie is already final and "London Has Fallen" is expected to be shown in theaters by March 4, 2016.
